The problem

Comedy Central needed its first suite of apps and a new website, for streaming shows directly and promoting them, across web, tablet and mobile. A neutral on-demand player wouldn’t do: it had to feel unmistakably like Comedy Central.

Vision

Brand first, not just a player. Every interaction was designed to bring fans closer to the brand, the comedians and their shows.
Stream and promote in one place. Full episodes sit alongside exclusive content and show promotion, so watching leads to discovering.
One experience across web, tablet and mobile. iOS and Android apps for phone and tablet, plus a new responsive website.
Keep it as fresh as the shows. Motion tests, rich interactive modules and a flexible content management system let editors keep the experience current.
